Whelp...
I not an expert on the subject, but it involves ripping out mooovie and audio tracks so it will fit on the smaller cd. You can find many pre-made "rip kits" if you look around on ps2newz.net and ps2ownz.com. Sorry I don't have a direct link for you but I heading out the door. Hopefully enough to point you in the right direction.
