Ok guys .. I found the solution ... I wonder how people won't help posting it here.
Just start the game using the Private Loader then when configuring your server (do it before load saved games), change the connection port to whatever you want .. I recomend 5000 (just because I use that one). Voilį you are read to host a game. I didn't tested it using the dedicated server so it's up to you do it and post here if it works.
