Help needed with battlefield 1942 code ???

I get the game 99 % installed ( But 1st

I had to but Data 3 cab file in a specific folder

to be recognized ) , but when prompted for the file

eReg\Battlefield 1942_code.exe , which is there , I`m

prompted that setup cannot find that file .

on previous attempts I`ve been told that it`s an invalid build

of the code.

Can someone please give me some assistance , direct me to

the proper file etc ....
