ok everyone herer is some info about the crack:
The crack WORKS but it is a fixed exe and not a no-cd the patch has actually cured my problems with the game ie crashing and it is highly recommendable to all that had crashing problems. Just apply the patch and then put the fixed exe in the tcm folder enjoy and thanks 7thDesire for sharing the file
