well I found it! dl the file in the DL section called grunfshp2cd.rar.
Extract the included exe into your Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 directory. Copy the following directories from the CD into your installation dir: \actors \AI \Audio \Cars \Movies \Particle \Tracks You can now play without a CD. (that bottom part was from the nfo included with the crack. Have fun!
