Getting repeat-boot with some games

Hi,
I've posted this question before, but no one has had the answer for me yet. I'm posting it again, because I keep running into games that I have this problem with, and I'm tired of getting coasters.

There are many, but a few examples are:
-MSR
-The Street Fighter games
-NHL 2K2 (and pretty much all the 2K1 and 2K2 series)
-and my most recent dilema... 18 Wheeler

I use inetfixer on the appropriate files. I have looked for multiple references to 11700. I have tried hakcing all the bin files with "CD001." Nothing has worked. I have also tried a program called "binpatch.exe." It should find any references to LBA.

Every one of these games that I've had this problem with has been a 11700 LBA game. My burner burns at 11702 using cdrecord. Once I change that, the game no longer works. These are all sef-boot games so the 1st_read.bin has already been scrambled I assume. Many games with 11700 work fine after I change it to 11702 or 0 for bin2boot. (bin2boot being my favorite). But there are some that won't work no matter what I do.
I know this is a known problem from what I've read on the internet about it. (especially MSR). There's even a program to fix it, if you have the original cdi file, (which I don't have). But I haven't found any information on how to correct the problem.

Does anyone out there know a solution?

Thank you very much,
-Ex
