Cant copy or create to F Drive on XBOX

I am using FlashFXP and have no problem copying off of the xBox and navagating on the xBox but I can not create a directory or copy anything to the F drive. I need to copy and create on the F drive so I can copy my backed up games there.

Yes, I have the chip installed and I have an IP and have EvoX installed.

Now what.
