NEED mad help with burning THPS 3

Wutup people.....I'm havin some trouble burning THPS 3. I got Creative Labs 4224 (yea i know its old as hell) and its not compatible with CD Clone and BlindWrite. I downloaded CDRWIN from the www.megagames.com and notice I need a patch for it, but not sure which to use. Is it the Selector file or the NTSC to PAL? I burned the game with this program called PSX Copy 2000 and it partially worked. The videos in the beginning came up, but it freezes at the main loading screen and after about a minute I noticed a little red box that came up in the upper right hand corner of the TV, not sure if that means anything or not. Back to what I need, which is the exact patch I need and where can I get it from. Also, the version of CDRWIN i got was already cracked, and like I said came from www.megagames.com, is this OK? If anyone can help, please do so as soon as possible......THANKS
