WHAT TYPE OF FILE IS IT ???
AC3 OR WAV
IF ITS AC3 JUST RENAME TO THE SAME AS MOVIE FILE. EG
BIGNOB.m2v
BIGNOB.ac3 [allso try with out extention as this will somtimes work.

if its wav make sure its 48
you can find a great tool at www.dbpoweramp.com
u just right click on the file and convert it to what u want. easy
