Hello !
I had the same problem with some cds with strange ordered audio-tracks on them, it was some times ago..but i remember that CDRwin (ver 3.7 or something) wasnt able to read an image of them..i think i used cd.wizard to copy these cds, but i think cloneCD or blind-read can do it as well. Good luck ps: Hätte ich das alles auch in deutsch schreiben können ?
