I took your suggestion and made the .iso images again using the CD writer with the original and the copy. Same file sizes as before.

The error I get with winimage is "floppy error 23 Data error (cyclic redundancy check)" in case that means anything to you!

Is there a program that can verify the copy is an exact duplicate of the original. I'm just concerned having an error pop up down the road about needing the original CD or something!

One other thing that is strange (to me anyway). Using the CD writer, ClonyXXL reported the original CD with 574 (approximately) bad sectors and the copied CD with 54 bad sectors.
