Need help extracting music with XAEX

Hi,
I'm trying to extract the music from my Gran Turisimo 2 disc. I see that there is only a *.DAT file for the music, so I downloaded XAEX.EXE to extract the files.
My problem is that I can't figure out how to get it to work. I type in the command and it says that my device "f:" (my cdrom) is not ready. I've tried messing with MSCDEX, but it says it's already running.
What do I need to do to get XAEX to work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
