LBA for Dummying Files??

Hi,

I had a basic question about creating dummy files with newfile...

I just create a file called 00dummy.dat and throw it into my data sub-directory before re-imaging with cdrecord or cdrwin.

Just wondering how the program knows to set the LBA value for the dummy file to the lowest number (relative to the other files)?? Is it just because it's the first file it finds??

Does the LBA ordering progress based on how you have alphabetized your files in the sub-directory??

Just curious...

Thanks!!

Bruce
