CD backup SW FAQs

I'm looking around for SW that will backup/restore data to/from CDRW and CDR media. The SW should meet the following requirements listed below. Any recommendations, link references to FAQs, more info would be appreciated.

Platform:
1. WIN98SE on multiple networked 1Ghz PIII machines with UATA 100 7200 rpm drives.

2. Plextor 16x10x40

Requirements:
1. Full HD image backup/restore

2. Selective file and folder backup/restore

3. Support for backup "jobs" or "profiles" that I can run periodically.

3. Backup/restore from/to networked drives

4. Ability to use full read/write speed of CDRW

5. SW is provided by an "established" vendor who will be around for future upgrades and support.
