Your writer has to be able of doing IPW (=Incremental Packet writing), check the manufacturers site if your one supports it.
The you can use an UDF-driver (e.g. PacketCD by CeQuadrat) to use your writer like a hd. For further information have a look here, e.g. Hope this helps.
