Looking for Need for Speed 4 V. 4.50 NoCD

Hi,

does anyboy know where I can get a NoCD patch for Need for Speed 4 version 4.50 (German). I couldn't find it on Gamecopyworld and on Megagames the patches only go till version 4.44.
