i frankly have no idea of the chip
all i know is that it boots EVERYTHING without having to swap wateva i did try to play all other medias (PS2 DVD original, PS2 CD-R backups, PS1 CD-R backups, and DVD movies) all the anove mentioned medias work (except that PS2 CD-R sometimes wont boot....just sometimes...) it might really be the wires loose.... but i TOTALLY have not the slightest bit of idea of how to fix that kinda stuff...... is there any RE-soldering needed? or wat? can u specify the details please? thnx u guys
