One of the main problems with the V7/Magic 2 combo ONLY AFFECTS the PAL V7.....
They have some type of problem where it (the PS2 w/magic2)will only let you play Original & Backups of PS1 games of the same region as the PS2.....  Here is the quote from the Magic 2 website regarding this problem...: - There is a restriction on the Magic 2 v7 applicable to PAL PS2s whereby it can only play PS1 games for the same region as the PS2. So a PAL v7 can only play PAL PS1 games (30002/3/4 are interchangeable in this regard).
