cycle redundancy error??? flight simulator 2002

i am trying to make a backup of the 3rd disk of Flight Simulator 2002. It has no protection, so i just copy what's on the cd to the hard disk, then burn it with nero. when i'm copying the data to the hard drive, it comes up with a 'cycle redundancy check/error' thingy when it gets to the file 'CHICAGO.CAB'. This file's in the cddrive:\SCENEDB\CITIES directory. Anyway, i opened it with winzip, and tried to extract each file (a few hundred), and i found two files in the cab file that wouldn't extract ('cycle redundancy check/error'). The two files are:

003100210122220lm.bmp
003100210122220sp.bmp

could someone please send me thier files from their cab directory on their flight simulator 2002 CD #3?
