Max Payne v1

I got hold of a copy of Max Payne CD from a friend, .. Yeah yeah;I have pirated many SafeDisc CD's before but the cach here s that my stupid friend made this CD using Nero CD to Cd copy !! The CD which I currently have thus DOES NOT have the SafeDisc bad sectors and copy protection.Is there any way I could emulate the protection ??Please note that I don't have the original CD but a copy of it I tried Demon Toolz but no help
