Game protection

Hello everybody, I'm kind of new to burning games and i was wondering if anybody could help me here, I am having problems with the copy protections on the .bin files of games i have (for instance pool of radiance 2, gta 3 etc.) they are all .bin files, but when i burn them, they are still protected and I need the no-cd crack to play them. I've tried to crack the .bin files, but the only programs i have found, don't work for windows 2000 (which i am running) can anyone recomend another program i could use? Thank you!
