Evolution X Help

I know this may sound stupid but I am new to this, so advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have downloaded the Evo X file and I am wondering on how I go about burning it on a DVD-R.
Do I need to extract the file downloaded and if so with what?
How do I then burn it with the latest version of Nero? Do I do it as an ISO image, Data DVD???
Can someone let me know Please.
