Broken Dreamcast...

I need help on fixing or figuring out whats the problem with my dc....
When I turn my dc on the orange light comes on then it dies out .....when i try to turn it on again nothing happens ...the orange light doesn't come on at all...i have to unplug then plug it back into socket for the orange light to come on for a little while again....i tried using diff. power cords but i get same problem...

does any1 know whats the problem or know the solution to this problem...
