Can anyone tell me how to use Prassi abCD

as above i have just acquired aversion of this but would like to know how to use it. I hadent heard of this before untill someone said it was ok. I have looked up to see if my burner is compataible and it is. Thanks for any time taken to tell me how this actually works.
