In answer to your first question i have heard that nintendo use there own screws on all there consoles. I think that you can pick them up from www.lik-sang.com
Second question there is a SNES emulator for the dreamcast however its not full speed yet, but it might run full speed for certain games. So its best to just try it out. Head over to www.dcemulation.com
