havin a proble m wif nascar thunder

I d/l da patch for nascar thunder and try to apply it but it didn't ket it attach to da bin file and said somethin about a bin block. I d/l da ea fix patch for nascar thunder. If anyone knows how to fix it or can help me i will really appreciate dat.
