hooray it works...
tried the burned cd again, this time by using the controller from boot time and non-stop until first screen appeared, and as soon as editor's nice presentation screen was on, and this time could abort it and get to start menu, Start key brought me to game and everything went fine from then on...
maybe just a modchip glitch or sensitivity... anyway, everything perfect...so i can now play the "worst Resident Evil" game ever"..;-)
