Newbie needs help burning 1st PS2 game

Hi there,
Newbie here who needs help burning his 1st PS2 game. I have a Neo2.2 PS2 with AR2 and can use either Nero 5.5.9.0 or CDR-Win to burn.

I have a .bin file and a .cue for the game I am trying to copy. I firstly used CDR-Win to burn it. I selected the .cue file and clicked Record.

The disc came out but when I put it in the PS2 using the swap method with AR2 nothing happened.

Do I need to get a patch or something? If so how do I go about getting and 'patching' the game?

The game in question is called 'Slam Tennis' (Kalisto)

Any help will be most welcome and sorry for the newbie-ness of the questions.
