non dao software??

I have been backing up my psx games with my hp sotware that came with burner (hp 9150i) until I had to a patch one of them. I followed the instructions on how to patch them and everthing worked fine up to the point of burning it back to cdr. That's when I got a dao error message. I guess my burners doesn't support dao so is there any other software out there that does and make a bin file so that I can patch my backups with my burner. Or is there an alternate way around this that I can try?
