FF9 + [PDX NTSC2PAL + trainers] = FMV problems?

Hi there!

I have a problem with Final Fantasy IX NTSC patched with [Paradox PAL/NTSC selector + some trainers]. I'm using PAL PSOne + PS-X-Change 2. I have no problems booting FF9, but if I choose PAL some parts of the music during movie sequences are repeating (on every 1 or 2 seconds I have an artefact) - anyway - doesn't sound too good. If I start the game in NTSC everything is fine - movies and sound.

So my question is whether this is normal (because PAL is 50 frames and NTSC is 60 frames or not)? And can I do something to "fix" it?
