Hi, ? about PS2 game copy on CD-R's

I don't have a DVD burner, not in budget at the moment and I want to burn PS2 games that are over 700MB like Spiderman-The Movie and NBA 2k2 now my question, is there a utility or some way that I can cut out some of the dummy files or maybe the startup movies etc. to cut the game down to size?
