best price for messiah mod chip

looking for the best price for a messiah mod chip. seen them for £70 at computer fairs, anyone know if they are cheaper?
ps is there a neo4 chip being produced for a v5 ps2? talking to a chip supplier & he said give it a couple of weeks and he will have one for v5?
