Problem with F1 2001 no-cd exe with patch.

Hello,
I fully installed the game and then the official patch,then I got the new updated no-cd patch from gamefix.The game loads alright but it won't load the patch updates,I know the update changed the file's correctly but it wont load them in the game? Is there any way inside the game to see if the official patch is installed? Thanks for your time and any help would be appreciated.
