Unreal tournament doesn't run in full screen.

My game doesn't run in full screen in Win2kpro. It said that my glide2x.dll files weren't in the dynamic link library. So I put the files where the error message said the files were missing, and now when the game starts in stead of say missing files. It just says error and an okay button. And it still runs in a window. I really need some help.
