new to the game

hi all im new to this back up lark and need loads of help so if anyone can help me here we go.
ive just got a cdr and i want to make a back up copy of one of my sons px1 games. the game is on the non protected list it is r/c stunt copter
i have nero 5 software. i am a complete idiot when it comes to computers could anybody sed me a walk through of how to make this backup.
