Ok here goes I hope someone doesn't flame me for this; I don't know anything about what I am about to ask.

I just finished a download and it says blah (PSX-PAL).ISO I know what the ISO is I deal with them all the time. What I do not know is how do I play this certain game on my pc. I assume I need an emulator and I have looked for one around but the PAL thing is kind of a concern since I have never seen it before and I just finished reading some articles with PAL in it.

So can anyone tell me what PAL is and what do I need to do to play this game on my pc or is a game I can only play on the PSX. ?
