NOTE: Files needed can be found in Post #34

1. Install the game and Scarface Explorer


2. Run Scarface Explorer, open with it the following files:

movies.rcf
story_a_to_h.rcf
story_i_to_z.rcf
woi.rcf

and

Extract ---> Extract directory...

their content into {game_folder}
Now you should have a Movies folder (4.67GB) in your {game_folder}
Delete 4 files mentioned above.


3. Download P2_conversion_files.rar and extract to {game_folder}.
Note: See Post #34 for file.


4. Go to {game_folder}\Movies and run #1_video.rlst
This step takes ~6.5h on my E5200 @ 3.5GHz

You can pause it and resume later.To do this click 'STOP' button in RAD Batch Editor, then 'SAVE AS...' button and save as #1_video.rlst. Let Bink Video Compressor finish actually converted file. Next time you run #1_video.rlst, it'll start from next file.

If you must abort conversion immediately there is 2nd method. Click 'STOP' button on RAD Batch Editor and it'll generate "# Error returned:" message at the beginning of line with actually converted file. Delete "# Error returned:" text, click 'SAVE AS...' button
and save as #1_video.rlst. Now click 'CANCEL' button on Bink Video Compressor and answer 'NO' if asking about keeping partially converted file. You can run it later and it starts conversion from last converted (canceled) file.

5. Run #2_audio.rlst.


6. Run #3_copy.bat.


7. Go to {game_folder} and run compress.bat
This step takes ~3.5h on my machine


8. Download P2_DVD5_CI.8.5.rar and extract to TEMP folder.
Note: See Post #34 for file.


9. Go to {game_folder} and move

redist
data1.cab
data2.cab
data3.cab

to

TEMP

10. Make iso/burn content of TEMP folder with any label (final size: 4.34GB)

UPDATE 1: I've noticed some problems with extracting precomped file. It's solved now, please download P2_DVD5.rar once again (thx Onizuka87k for tip )

UPDATE 2: There are some cracks'n'clicks audible during biks playback. Seems the game has problem with tracks another than 48000Hz. New #2_audio_fixed.rar solves this problem.
If you have done step 5 already and want to fix your audio:
- extract #2_audio_fixed.rar into {game_folder}\Movies
- copy content of converted Movies folder (containing converted biks) into {game_folder}\Movies\#converted
- perform step 5 only (it takes ~5mins)

UPDATE 3: Fixed #1_video.rlst not converting few files (thx Prashantoo7 for finding this mistake). Also #2_audio.rlst from update 2 is included into P2_conversion_files.rar.

UPDATE 4: ported to CI 8.5. Now progressbar works correctly.
