Bot-CK Help please.

On this forum you appear to be the mafia don so i thought i would ask for your help.

I am in the process of developing a site for copy newbies and what i need is the recommended settings for cdrwin and clonecd as these seem to the most popular programs to use and i am going to put tutorials in, but abit unsure as to the recommended settings.

If its not to much to ask could you possible put a step by step on how to copy.
I obviously now how to do this myself but want to make sure i get it right.
