How do I copy and merge patches for Resident Evil Survivor???

I have been trying to copy and merge patches for my NTSC/UC Resident Evil Survivor game. I cant get it to work. I have Nero version 5 a basic cd burner. Puuuuuuleeeeesssseeee someone help me!
