cdrwin does not see cdwriter

HI DOES ANYONE KNOW ANY PROGRAMS TO CONVERT A BIN FILE FROM CDRWIN TO ANY OTHER FORMAT.I CAN MAKE A BIN FILE IN CDRWIN BUT IT DOES'NT SEE MY WRITER. ONCE I'VE PATCHED THE BIN FILE I'M STUCK. I USUALLY USE NERO FOR BURNING BUT I ALSO USE PSX COPY SOMETIMES.
