gta save games in vista are in your documents folder...
appdata\local\rockstar games\gta iv\savegames if you cant find it.. start->documents->(your user name - its at the top of the menu part)->then its the same as the above... oops, didnt notice san andreas, should be in a similar location though, just hunt around that location...
