How would you go about playing...

How would you play a PAL disc on your dreamcast?

I can't seem to find POD 2 for download, and I was thinking about getting it imported... Please tell me how I can play it...

Do I need Utopia 1.1 or some other boot disk? I heard you could also tinker with your dreamcast's wires to make it region free... How would I do that?
