I need help. PLEASE

I have copied psx games before using nero it has always worked fine. but now i need to put in patches and stuff. i have gotten cdrwin3.8a full version. so if anybody knows where to get step-by-step instructions on burning with cdrwin and adding patches it would help alot. thanks
