ClonCD ?? & NCAA Gamebreaker 2k1 Patch??

Could some1 tell me if there is a Protection Patch for NCAA GameBreaker 2k1? If Not, will CloneCD work on Copying this Game if the "Don't Repair Subchannel Data" is Greyed out while using the program ?? ( Read Sub channel Data from Data & Audio tracks Are Not greyed out)
