I have to say i dont agree with this at all. It should be ok to have 1 game per house hold and play it on any machine(s) when ever you want!!

Believe me I dont agree with it either, but that is what most EULA's state.
I wanted 'cyle00' to understand the law and to know why I wont specifically give him the answer he is looking for. But if he searches he will find it.
Your house example is a good one, I usually use the Monopoly Board Game for an example.
When both my kids and myself want to play monopoly we do not use one board each, we all play on the same board, we are also not expected to buy 3 copies of the game.
The one game per machine law is very unrealistic.
