C&C Generals Patches !

i have full game on 2 cd-s but
it is illegal :P

when installed i think it is version 1.02 or 1.03 (doesnt matter)

problem is that i CAN NOT apply any patch above 1.04, .05 .06 .07 .08
because game is already tampered in install and Patch refuses
to update files since they are not original...

anyone know how to bypass this crap ?

any help would be greatly apreciated
