[need help]final fantasy 8

hie!!
i'm new here..and i like to ask regarding some problem i face..when loading final fantasy 8 introduction....the 1st intro..i think it's some kind of OEs or what but it's blue....i hanged there and my computer not responding to it...
is it my installation problem or what?
