Why are you posting this three times, twice into an already existing thread, and third in a new one?!
Anyway, make sure that the MDS file and the MDF file are both in the same directory; that you have read privilege to this directory; uninstall and reinstall Daemon Tools; RTFM etc. etc. [Edit] I've just tried it myself; JontMaster's mini image can be mounted properly with Daemon Tools 3.47.
