When i remember right, then you can change the language for this game in your registry:
Start regedit.exe and go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA Games\Need for Speed Underground 2 There you'll find an entry "Language" (for me it is "German") and an entry "Locale" (for me it is "de"). Try to change the entry for "Language" to "English" and the entry for "Locale" to "en" or "uk" or "us". Don't know.
