Cracks for homeworld v1.05 not working!

i posted this and i have good reason for wanting the nocd crack, my brother borowed my homeworld cd and when i got it back half the label and reflective sticker was missing!!! so because i already owned the game i downloaded another copy of the game off of ARES but i cant play online because i don't have the cd so i cant play version 1.05 and the nocd crack does not work, so because i have a valid reason i don't think you should have banned me! and is there any way to fix my problem with the nocd thing so that i can finally play against my friends again!?!?!?
